Join us for a Mindfulness Meditation Session with Roisin Kenny on zoom.
This session can be enjoyed in a chair, on the floor in a seated position or lieing down. Use cushions and a blanket for extra comfort.
When following online classes please feel free to pause and rest when you need and always remember to listen to your body and only do what feels good for you and your ability.
