We would love to have you join us online this Monday evening at 6pm for a 10 minute guided mindfulness meditation with Róisín Kenny.
These short sessions support and promote the creation of small and frequent moments of self-care to protect and maintain overall well-being.
During each session you will be guided through a variety of mindfulness techniques that are effective tools for stress reduction. These practices will be delivered in a way that is easily transferable into daily life.
