Enjoy full access to our upcoming weekly class schedule. Choose from a selection of half-hour Yoga, Pilates, Meditation and Relaxation Sessions.
You will also receive access to a selection of class recordings to watch at your own convenience.
When following online live or recorded classes please feel free to pause and rest when you need and remember to listen to your body and do only what feels good for you and your ability.
Please contact us if you have any specific health circumstances you would like to discuss in relation to the classes and we will happily advise on suitability.
