We offer tailored services designed to meet the needs of each individual school, pupil & age group.
These can be offered in both English & Irish.
Art Therapy
Art Therapy provides a safe, confidential space for a child to express feelings for which words may be lacking or difficult to find. We offer a specifically trauma sensitive approach designed for children during their developmentally critical years and we specialise in self-regulation techniques.
*Sessions can be group or individual.

Bookings
For Art Therapy to be provided at your school it is possible to book Art Therapist Róisín Kenny to attend for the full school day. This can be arranged on a per-semester basis.
A full day’s booking can include 4 individual sessions or a group session and 2 individual sessions.
**Payment is upon arrangement with the school & parents.
**Déis schools will be considered separately.

Following detailed consultation, Mind Body Ireland will design a product to meet your company’s individual needs. Examples of services available include;
Weekly Classes:

Mindfulness Meditation for Stress Reduction 8 weeks.
Therapy:
As a way of supporting your employees mental health, Art Therapy can be provided to individuals in a confidential manner. This can be an adjunct to your Employment Assistance programme.
Team Building:
Retreats and workshops are designed to increase creativity, improve awareness of personal boundaries and open up new strategies of communication. These sessions give employees an opportunity to reimagine scenarios afresh whilst accessing inner resources. Also included can be stress reduction practices and yoga.
Learning Lunches:
Informative talks can be delivered on tips for avoiding burn-out, managing stress and understanding the biological impact of stress on the mind and body.
