What's available?

We offer tailored services designed to meet the needs of each individual school, pupil & age group.
These can be offered in both English & Irish.

Art Therapy

Art Therapy provides a safe, confidential space for a child to express feelings for which words may be lacking or difficult to find. We offer a specifically trauma sensitive approach designed for children during their developmentally critical years and we specialise in self-regulation techniques.
*Sessions can be group or individual.
Frequent reasons for attending art therapy include:
  • Stress & Anxiety
  • Bereavement and loss
  • Trauma, acute or chronic
  • Behavioural Needs
  • Emotional Dis-regulation
  • Neglect
  • Depression
  • Bullying
  • Eating Disorder
  • Living with a Chronic Illness
  • Living with a Family Member with Chronic Illness
  • Medically Unexplained Symptoms


For Art Therapy to be provided at your school it is possible to book Art Therapist Róisín Kenny to attend for the full school day. This can be arranged on a per-semester basis.

A full day’s booking can include 4 individual sessions or a group session and 2 individual sessions.

**Payment is upon arrangement with the school & parents.
**Déis schools will be considered separately.

Yoga & Mindfulness Courses

Through a combination of yoga, mindfulness skills and & creative practices these courses aim to build:

  • Emotional awareness, expression and self-regulation

  • Stress Management
  • Bullying Awareness and coping skills
  • Physical Coordination
  • Body Confidence
  • Concentration

What's right for us?

Primary schools

Under 8’s :
We recommend a course of 6 weeks and 30 mins sessions for children under 8.
Over 8’s :
We recommend a course of 8 weeks and 40- 45 min sessions.

Secondary schools

Junior Cycle :
We recommend a course of 8 weeks and 40 - 45 min sessions.
Senior Cycle :
We recommend a course of 8 weeks and 40- 45 min sessions.
