Testimonials

Yoga Therapy

Marg O’Leary, Cork
I attended a ten week course with Roisin Kenny because I was suffering from anxiety and stress due to personal circumstances in my life at that time. I found the classes to be relaxing, beneficial and enjoyable and I would highly recommend them.

Private Yoga Sessions

Siobhan, Cork
I first started yoga with Roisin a year ago after a severe break to my arm. Roisin offers a wonderful gentle class, tailor made for people with injuries or other challenges. Her approach is supportive and understanding of people's different needs and I found the postures and yoga nidra highly beneficial to my recovery. I've since gone to Roisin for 1-to-1 pregnancy yoga, which was an excellent class with clear direction, instructive postures and relaxing mediation.

Private Yoga Sessions

Nuala Fenton, Cork
I was fortunate to have experienced one to one yoga sessions with Roisin Kenny for a few years. It was after I had had a spinal surgery (neck) and the classes really helped my recovery. Mobility, back pain, strength, focus and sleep, all improved. Our private sessions helped my confidence to return.

Vinyasa Yoga

As an athlete and somebody who enjoys attention to detail and anatomy, I attend Rosin’s Vinyasa Flow Yoga for Sports as it is intelligently designed to complement and support the stresses my body endures. Mentally I feel energised and destressed while my body feels more mobile and supple when I attend.

As a long term sufferer of chronic back pain and fibromyalgia, I have found Roisins' classes very helpful; they are tailored for participants' who need rehabilitation, post surgery or with chronic arthritis type conditions. I have found her to be professional, caring and very understanding towards nervous or new yoga participants. I would say contact Roisin with your queries and she will choose the right class for you.
