Self-care, self-compassion and gentleness form the heart of this Mindfulness and Movement Workshop.
The relaxing morning offers a gentle intoduction into the world of Mindfulness Meditation and is perfect for those who want to experience this practice for the first time as well as those who would like to renew their practice.
During the workshop you will be brought through gentle yoga poses to connect you with your physical embodied self and wisdom. You will be encouraged to stay mindful of your body and thoughts and to practice self compassion and kindness as you move.
Mindfulness facilitator Roisin Kenny will explain, teach and guide seated meditation practices that encourage truth and stillness. All these practices will be delivered in a way that is easily transferred into daily life.
Mindfulness meditation helps cultivate acceptance of the moment, self-awareness, non-judgment, trust and lower reactivity to stress.
