Roisin's yoga classes are influenced by her pilates and mindfulness trainings, creating a unique experience. Students are supported in creating their own journey on the mat and are encouraged to practice with a light sense of curiosity and acceptance.
When following online classes please feel free to pause and rest when you need and always remember to listen to your body and only do what feels good for you and your ability.
Please note once you register for an online class your zoom invitation and password will be sent via email.
