Gentle Yoga for Joint Mobility

Tuesday Nights 6.30pm - 5 Week Course ~ Beginners and Improvers Level.
Location: Cork Bridge Club and on Zoom
Mobility Yoga provides a safe and gentle space for people to explore gentle yoga, mindfulness and breath awareness practices. Together these practices can be used to help reduce stress levels and improve joint mobility.
The class offers an incusive and welcoming space. Pose / movement adaptions are offered when needed to enhance your comfort. Roisin takes the time to discuss with you in advance what is appropriate and safe for your personal circumstance.
Everything that is taught during these classes is done so in a way that can be transferred into daily life and used in the management of symptoms such as fatigue, anxiety or stress.
