This vinyasa flow style of yoga is uplifting and wonderful for reducing stress. Poses are linked together and the movements ebb and flow in rhythm with the breath. The sequences are designed to encourage joint strength and stability as well as supple muscles, leading to greater physical mobility. Flexibility is not a requirement but a reasonable level of fitness is beneficial.
Roisin's yoga classes are influenced by her pilates and mindfulness trainings, creating a unique experience. Students are supported in creating their own journey on the mat and are encouraged to practice with a light sense of curiosity and acceptance.
As breathwork and guided relaxations are incorporated into each session you are brought through movement and settled into stillness. This course offers a wonderful way of connecting with yourself!
